DELIVERY TERMS
For international orders, deliveries are made through a courier service of your choice.
Please contact us directly to arrange the most suitable delivery method for your location and to receive a delivery cost estimate.
The standard delivery time is between 2 to 10 working days, depending on the destination country. During promotional campaigns, delivery may take a little longer.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.
Orders are processed until 4:00 PM on working days. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

RETURN POLICY
Customers have the right to return items within 14 days. You may return the product either from your personal address or from a local courier office. You will only be responsible for the return shipping cost. The return period begins from the date of receiving the product.
The value of the returned products will be refunded within 14 calendar days to the account specified in your return request.

Conditions for Returns:
You can only return items that are undamaged and unused – the product should not be torn, scratched, worn, washed, ironed, or have makeup stains. The packaging must also be intact, and the item should be returned in its original packaging. All tags and hygiene stickers (if applicable) must be intact.
If we find that any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the item to you.
You have the right to make a complaint in case of:

manufacturing defects (discovered upon receipt or within 14 days, as long as the return conditions mentioned above are followed).

mismatches with the ordered size or model.
In these cases, the shipping costs will be covered by the Seller. To file a complaint, please contact us at notacliche.ltd@gmail.com with photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect size, as well as the order number showing the correct size you requested.
